Looking for a hairstyle

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone had any idea where I could find this hairstyle, I found it while searching around Google trying to come up with ideas for a new character for Oblivion. That picture is on a Japanese blog but after scouring most of the blog (with the help of Chrome's translate feature) I wasn't able to find anything about it (other than the fact it was shown on a page with some kind of light ring that helps take some pretty nice pictures).

 

Any help finding that hairstyle would be greatly appreciated, bonus points if it were to have a compatible mesh for x110 heads (I prefer playing slightly shorter and younger-looking characters), or at least I'd appreciate if anyone could share any similarly-looking hairstyles. Thanks in advance!
