Doing things with the tongue.

Hello,

 

As I am making tattoos for sims, I tried to make some directly on their tongue. On the template there seems to be a spot for it on the upper right corner :

 

 

But nothing I write here have any effect in the game.

 

Anyone has got a solution for that?

 

Edit : Found the problem. It's my brain, I'm an idiot. I was writing on the palate, not the tongue.
