So I've been modding for some time now and recently have been having more and more issues related to stuttering or maybe even 'script - lag' although i checked that using this: https://www.nexusmod...im/mods/62346/? it showed that my average was the same as everyone else's. Anyway, my issue is very prominent in combat, for example in Markarth with Weyln(or whatever) as he's attacking people my game pauses for about  5secs or more every couple of seconds during combat. I also get occasional pauses just walking around too.

I have no idea what could be causing my performance issues.

I have removed, to my own knowledge, outdated or dangerous mods, I have the memory patch installed, my load order is sorted properly. I just don't know maybe i have too many mods for my system or have tweak an .ini badly?

My system: intel i5 6600 OC 3.6Ghz , 16GB RAM, GTX 1060 6GB OC, 1TB HDD & 250GB SSD

Here's my load order & ini's: https://modwat.ch/u/Kingmurray/plugins

Anyone have any idea at all?

Are you using ENB?  If so.. check to make sure you are not using a hotkey assigned to something like brute force for your ENB.

Hitting that will cause strange lagginess as you inadvertently hit the hotkey thinking you are casting a spell or something.  Like f5

If you are.. then change the hotkey.. or just stop hitting the button.

ETA: You may want to look into an ETAC all in one file.. or merging all those etac files.. or running a bash to see if it will incorporate them.

And make sure you have run loot. Also HDT HH is a bit outdated as well... you can replace that with NIO HH

Some mods I have need HDT HH to run certain features, will they still work with NIO HH?

Also I know which key you're talking about, mines caps+B for some reason. I didn't hit it. It just as soon as i get into combat, like the example i provided, my game practically pauses for 5-10 seconds. I used skyrim performance monitor and my CPU was at 90%, and my GPU was at 100% usage. They weren't overheating or anything either

On the front page of NIOVHH there is a tutorial video on how to remove HDT HH as a dependancy and swap your mods over to their system.   It's a small bit of work and seems scary at first, because you will need to use nifscope and edit stuff with TESVEdit.    But it's really easy and once you get the hang of it... it doesn't really take too long.  Also you will have learned something.

Unfortunately,  I do not think that will solve the core of your real problem (although it may alleviate it somewhat.)  I did however find these 2 posts that may or may not be of aid.

Thanks man, i'll give it a try.

EDIT: Well I have seemingly fixed it, I think it may have been to do with my ini settings, i ran BethINI to clean them up a bit, and then went back to the default papyrus settings and the stutter is very minimal at most, and combat is playable again XD

Thanks a lot man!!
