Help with building a BDSM Harem from scratch.

(Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this) I just installed Fallout 4 after seeing a lot of hot youtube content, and I'm planning to mod my game with the goal of creating a settlement where I collect women for dress-ups and other nefarious purposes. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of any guides for this process, or suggest any must-have mods? Anything that allows you to script slave/mistress roles and behaviours for NPCs? My first plan for when the game is installed is to follow the Fourplay guide and then add CBBE, but beyond that I'm fairly clueless.

I made a sex slave camp out of the slog because it already has a pool built in and crops right next to the deck. I used Devious Devices, Torture Devices, Community Restraint Pack from Loverslab. I tried the Cross mod from LL but it made my npc AI funny after I placed them upon the cross. Some mods from Nexus I used Prisoner Shackles, Singing Setters, Settler renaming mod so I could rename them all slave, for rpg purposes I used french maid outfits and Hookers of the commonwealth mod to recruit as settlers and move them to my slave camp. I have had some trouble with devious devices blindfolds and keeping my settlers assigned to prisoner shackles floor mats, it makes to wander around.  My english is not the great so hopefully this helped some.

That actually sounds pretty awesome!  I tried something similar, but sadly came up short.  Any chance you could share some screenshots of your set-up, help spread the creativity around? : )
