Bodyslide sliders for feet/ankles and hands/wrist?

I've only used CBBE in the past but am using UUNP now (with HDT if that's relevant). I cannot find any straight forward solution to resizing the feet and hands with custom slider settings. Searches get littered with seam/gap issues so it's difficult to find any discussions more specific to this, so here I am.

 

Lots of the preset body sliders resize the ankles and feet somewhat, but using them interferes far too much with my own slider settings. However, the fact that said presets do alter the feet makes me assume there must be a way to do it myself. Any help or guidance is appreciated.
