FHU v2: Stuck and dont know how to fix

Sorry for making a post outside the support topic. I did make one there, thought i had fix it but turns out it hasn't been fixed.

 

What's happening is FHU values are stuck, wont rest, and i dont know how to fix it.  Just now i even tried removing FHU2 and then re installing clean from the zip archive but still having the same issue.  

 

The inflation did work on the "warm delivery" quest, but other than that it wont do anything besides stay at fixed values shown in the attached img
