The foul-mouthed Mindy Macready is the slasher vigilante Hit-Girl. Mindy’s father, a former cop, was framed for a drug crime whilst his wife was pregnant with Mindy. It was too difficult being alone (with bills and other expenses), so Mindy’s mother took her own life. She was brought to a hospital, and her baby girl was delivered. She lived with her dad’s best friend, and cop partner, Marcus. Once her father was released from prison, he had a plan. He planned to take down Frank D’Amico, the gangster who framed him. With his little Mindy (who is only 11 years old during the movie), he trained day and night, teaching her to kill, slash, swear and fight. Thus creating Hit-Girl. Mindy has an extensive knowledge about guns, knives, and all things weaponry. She fights drug dealers with Big Daddy using katana sword, her “Mindy stick” and guns. Hit-Girl and Big Daddy become friends with Kick- Ass and helps him out in fights. For her birthday her father bought her two balisong knives which she also uses to fight with. Hit-Girl is wicked scary, intensely violent, and a beyond incredible fighter.
