Problem with custom skirts

Anyone ever run into a problem with custom skirts after a while?  All of a sudden a bunch of mine have weird patches of different colorable material on them in random places.  Are they corrupted?  How to fix that?

 

EDIT: Figured it out... there was a pair of cc high heel shoes that were causing problems with the skirt skins.
