Tights for men?

Does anyone know of any tights for men that work with cmar's penis? All the tights I've found so far leave the penis hanging out, which is nice if that's what you're going for, but what I really want is a pair of tights (with feet) that incorporates the bulge similar to what's been done for boxers. Right now I'm using a combination of tights and boxers with a bulge but it makes my sexy men in tights look like they're wearing diapers.

What about these?  I use Cmar's penis and the attached images show how they look in CAS - not much of a bulge, but there's no penis on view.  The pixelation on the image is from me optimising the pics. With feet and without feet, download contains both as bottoms and as accessories.
