[request]Tie arrest into simple slavery without prison overhaul

So, as the title says, is there anything to tie simple slavery into the vanilla arrest scenario besides "prison overhaul"? Every time I've tried PO my framerate in-game winds up in the single digits. I'm not interested in all the extra baggage that comes with PO and would just want something simple that ends prison time by tying into simple slavery without all the extra stuff. Is there anything out there?
