death triggered by animation bug

im looking for fix for death after animation/hug killmove bug. it was supposedly implemented in newer finis but i dont use it for compatibility issues, i found standalone fix (Death_After_Hug_Fix.7z) but its behind paywall if it still exist: http://skyrimromance.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Death_After_Hug_Fix.7z
