[Searching] Mod that never stops the game

Hi guys!

 

I had to reinstall my computer, but forgot to take a backup of my game file.

 

I Had a mod that did so that the game never paused unless i pressed "Wait" button. 
Menues, inventory, nothing made the game pause. I can't seem to find it anywhere, but I 

vaguely remember I got it from here somewere. Can anyone help me out?
