Skyrim suddenly CTD

My skyrim suddenly CTD.

 

I did not change anything.

 

It seems okay when I play yesterday then I quit the game and try to load game again it CTD during loading screen.

the ctd could be just a one time thing, when mine ctds at a part, i just reload the game and it works fine afterwards, other reasons for ctd could be some of the mods you are using isnt compatible with the new patch from dawngaurd, i cant really tell you from the mods you are using since i dont use most of those mods, but in my experience the dragon age ogre troll replacer causes me to ctd when i see one rush at me, but then again at times it runs normally
