kinky world issues with sims positioning during dream/sleep sex

I have had terrible issues today with some of my Sims not positioning correctly when they are having dream sex. The male will be lying on his side of the bed and the female will stay on her side of the bed but does not position herself on top of him. Has anyone else seen this issue and what do you do to fix it?
