Help with NPC 85 color mismatch

Hello. I'm trying to install "JH People NPC Cosmetic Surgery / NPC 85" and I'm running into issues getting the character body colors to match the head types.

 

I'm following this guide here.

 

Most of the NPCs look spectacular, except for a few where I've found color mismatches. For example, the NPC Taarie has the original skin tone for her head rather than the modified one that matches her body.

 

The original post of this mod on this blog shows an image toward the bottom of her face being white; however, I can't seem to replicate it.

I should also mention that I am using the solitude beheading fix esp and the original esp.

 

I've looked at the differences in TES5Edit, and I've attempted to fix some of the colors, but nothing seems to have had an effect yet. Would anyone mind helping me with this issue? It seems like quite a few people are experiencing the same problem (My guess is a dependent mod changed like Fair Skin Texture or ECE).
