Help for a player house mod

Hi everyone. Im here to ask you a quite diffiult request.

 

I was wandering on some site and found this mod, a player house. Balkan Room

So i was really exited cuz this room is all i needed. Cozy, not much object some container, japanese style room

Perfect. Except something.

After watching other mod of the author i found this mod Teleport Room Magic

This room keep my attention

 

 

How i can add this room in the house?

 

So i just want to know and learn how to change the location.

I want to learn, how to add some object, modify room, remove stuff i dont like (room or something else). Make this house more usefull and better.

After watching a showcasing of the video, i think some room in this house need to be remove

 

 

I really want to learn some skill for do that. So if you have any turorial or advices or something.
