New and confused..

So I have came across a yt video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ruUmyc8zqC8 and wanted to make it look like this or something like this but I couldn't find any information on both except for the fact that the former used hdt to do it. I haven't started on downloading mods so I have a fresh install and really need help from experienced modders since I always screwed it up in the past(tried modding twice for a month or so each try and couldn't get it to the ones i linked). Please help me make my perfect anime skyrim ! (Maybe recommend me some mods for good jrpg gameplays )
