The "Initiate conversation" option (or something, I guess?)

Hey there,

 

I started a new game recently (with all those mods like cursed loot, DD, Captured dreams and stuff) and I can't get rid of the option that adds for each conversation a nice little "Hello there" option. I know that some of those mods like maybe the DD framework, or Sexlab add it...? But I forgot in which mods MCM menu it is and can't find it for shit. Anybody could give me a hint or something? Thanks a lot!
