Change Sim Underwear CAS

Does anybody have a problem with CAS like my problem is that the my character build is going to default and not the same as in the Normal CAS.

I want my Sim the be Medium built and a thin one but after I check it, it goes to default again making it 50:50 build and not my 60 muscles and 30 thin :/

How to fix?
