CTD from loading a save

When trying to load a save, which apparently had two actors trying to start sexy times at the time of saving, the two of them are listed as having sex, but don't actually do anything. Then, after their animation timers run down, I CTD. There's plenty of moaning and one of them strips and stands on a bed, but nothing else. I really don't want to have to lose this save, but it's starting to look like my only option. I've tried resetting sexlab, forcing all animations to stop through sexlab and through console commands, disabling and resetting both actors, killing both actors, and have nothing to show for it but a lot of frustration. If I interact with either one, it gives the control dialogue box and I can try to control their animation, but it doesn't work. Anyone have an idea?

Hi. Usually when actors just stand doing nothing (only sound like they are having fun) its because you forgot to run FNIS.

Thanks for the quick reply. FNIS works properly, as I quickly tested my ability to run animations with other npcs in the minute timeframe i have every load. All other aspects of my mods work properly, but for some reason, there is an error with these two actors that seems to have started because I saved them while they were attempting to run an animation. When I say that they do nothing, it is actually one character moves to a bed, performs a strip animation, gets on the bed, and starts moaning but plays no animation. The other actor is a follower of mine who moves with me as normal, but if I attempt to interact with either actor, I get the "controller / masturbate / talk to" menu and nothing else.

Tried leaving the area? Maybe "coc whiterunstables" or similar? Or maybe create a new save about thirty seconds in?

Just throwing around ideas. My game screws up a lot...

I love you, MeatChunk. I tried normally leaving the area before and it didn't work so I didn't even consider it, but teleporting via console command seemed to override the animation. I still heard the sounds of the sex scene and my follower was invisible, but once the "animation" ended, he reappeared and everything seems to be working. If that save winds up doing the same thing again I'll reopen this thread, but for now, thank you all and have a wonderful life!
