should I switch?+some mod questions

Hi people I was thinking about mods and stuff the other day and remembered this site so I joined... but I realized that even for non adult mods skyrim special edition really doesnt have much in the way of anything good and I'm wondering if I should downgrade back to the original skyrim... I'm just wondering your opinions on this. Also is there any outfit replacer like scerophims outfit replacer for unpb
