Buildings Around Captured Dreams Shop?

Guess who needs help again? I combed through all my crap and their descriptions but I haven't found anything that says "places, like, four buildings around the Captured Dreams Shop that'll freeze your game whenever you try and buy wood from Half-Moon Mill. Suck it." If someone knows which one does this, I'd appreciate it.

Once you reach a certain level (can be set in the menu) a timer will start, and the other buildings will be added over time.

Is there anyway to disable this option entirely? It's weighing heavy on my computer. Every time I'm over there it manages to freeze after a couple seconds.
