OMG THANK YOU !!!! I have one last request to make :  I installed ECE, I copied the presets in (document/my games/skyrim/CME_saves), but when I'm in the game, (showracemenu) I can not find the option for import the preset. I used to use Racemenu

ECE is a little weird.  Make sure your sex is female, and race is Nord, then click on the Body tab at the top, click the Slot Load slider, then click Next, and click one of the slot buttons (slot1, slot2, etc.) or click Next to get more slot numbers.  Yeah ignore Preset1, Preset2, and Preset3, I've never gotten those to work.

 

Also, the eyes, eyebrows, and hair will almost certainly be wrong.  Your best bet is to save your game as soon as you choose the slot, quit, install RaceMenu (and leave ECE installed), and then fix the eyes, eyebrow, and hair in RM.  Note that once you install RaceMenu, you cannot go back to ECE!  So load the preset you like, and then you're stuck with it for the rest of that gameplay.
