how come when I pan the camera under my pc theres a bunch of moving splotches?

how come when I pan the camera under my

pc theres a bunch of moving splotches? it looks like

spiders crawling on her skin. again it happens

only when I pan the camera down and it 
touches her

 

so why does it happen & how do I make it stop?

 

*the big orange thing behind her thigh is a big ass pumpkin btw*
