Skyrim UNP female futa help

Hey,

 

So I finally got all my hdt, bodyslide, and collisions to work with my futa characters. But I am wondering if I can make it so that the SOS balls of my character sit in front of the legs rather than clip through the legs while between them.

I have seen several images around that do this but have never gotten an answer or a download if someone edited the files previously.
