Would anyone be able to tell me which mod does this? Drink a potion leading to a message "The [Potion] makes even more horny than you already were..." like  it does in the picture?

There was fetish system for some things on sd stories, it's the only thing i can think

If I recall correctly, that's Deviously Cursed Loot's Uncontrollable Lust option. It used to be for drinking stuff like alcohol but potions got added in at some point, possibly because there are very limited reasons to actually drink alcohol in the game.

It was cursed loot like Mud said. I don't have eager NPC's installed so I don't know if that's a feature of it where drinking potions increase arousal/
