how do you remove certain npc from the recipient alias?

I have installed the Missive mod, but I am annoyed that the audio for Thank you is missing for some NPC, so I want to restrict the quest recipients to only those with the audio line for that dialogue. I had this guy named Saryn and he didn't have the audio for that line, so I would like to remove Saryn from the recipient list or perhaps even all dark elves, how do I do that?
