Gynecologist career non active or from home

hello there I need for my gameplay career for Gynecologist, on ModTheSims is mod adding Self Employed options I tried edit it and rename career but I'm too stupid to do that, so if anyone is such smart to do that for me pls I beg for help- I play that career from home using Zorak animations on examining bed and AskMoneyForWoohoo mod to gain money, so if such career would exist just as signed for gameplay it'd be lovely I don't need any kind of special made events in that career and not going to job, just yknow... use it to have career signed
