Idea for an overhaul to turn Skyrim/Fallout4 to its Rpg roots.

Goal: I have a vast project in mind to kill the main problem that keeps Skyrim/Fallout 4 from being a true rpg and make it easier to add content to it. Solution is simple, get rid of all the voiced dialogue, and make it a text based game like other rpgs. Rewrite the entire game, starting from the favorite player areas and do as much as we can. Since all the dialogues will be silent, it won't break immersion for characters to suddenly go mute, also it will give us chance to completely overdo all dialogue in game so we won't  have to get tied to shallow characters we were given from the vanilla game, and add as many quests to the game as possible. And at the points we haven't modified the dialogues it can contuniue being the game, sure it wll suddenly get more shallow but it will still remain playable, not hindering anything. Now you can say writing all those stuff is a horrible amount of work. But without the limitations on voice acting, literally anyone can write for it, posibly making it even easier if a lot of people are willing to do it. This comes to a question of do we really need to hear every word in game, especially when they are short and unsatisfying, or can we just do what we used to do and read in our rpgs. I wonder if people are willing to sacrifice voiced dialogues for better writing, finding immersion through a believable world rather than cinematic enhancements. Hence why I want to discuss it and see how many people feel the same or would like to contrubite to this.

Detailed Reasoning: The maing problem with a lot of the late rpgs comes from voice acting. Good voice acting can enhance games for sure but in vast open world with sandbox gamestyle not only most voice acting is mediocre, it makes adding new content to game next to impossible as the lines need to be voiced and sound like the other lines in from the same character or it will break immersion. Also a lot of the dialogue is incredibly simplified because longer recordings cost more, so we have a lot of shitty dialogue going on with no depth. Its hard to create more content to such shallow characters. I know the Bethesda tought process by now, they always try to push the "immersion" more. They couldn't do full voiced dialogue in Morrowind, so they put a focus on it in Oblivion and we all know how that went. After that they really wanted to fix that with Fallout3/NV and Skyrim. And its passable by now for sure. And in Fallout 4 they proudly made the character voiced over too, killing even more moding potential. If you like that kind of a thing more power to you but this is a modding community, and the modding had been the powerhouse of bethesta games. So lets give up some of our fancy advancement and go back to a modder friendly way.

Sexlab Appliance: First of all let me tell you how good at a state Sexlab currently is. It's great for sandbox purposes and migth be the best adult game project I have seen. But if you look at the quests section of the downloads you will see that its empty. Besides solutions and Infamy there isn't much to apply this great sexmods we have in games world and story. This is moslty because Skyrim's quests and world is really not suitable for such interactions. The hero saving damsels and getting rewarded, or everyone fucking mindlessly fantasies work great, but many darker themes added feels so out of place compared to the theme of the world. So its hard to have something similar to Consequences mod New Vegas has. But it can change with an overhaul of writing. We can add tons of characters in with their own stories when we are not forced to voice act them and fill the world with this kind of stuff, so there is more to do in the world, and it doesn't feel out of place. Special Edition is really stable and can handle a lot of characters in the scene, heck after a few tweaks and add ons, my Skyrim came to a level where it can handle a lot more compared to year its originated too. Fallout 4 is even better for it. So lets really fill the cities, put things to do so there is a reason to be in the cities. Add things with choices and consequences. Bethesta seem like they will wait for a new engine before they will make another sandbox game and we know its at least 2 years or so before those games will be able to get decent sexual content, so filling the games we have is the best option we got.

So what do you think of this, you think its worthy? Would not hearing dialouges rustle your jimmies too much now that you got used to it? Would you rise up to the challange and add characters and quests if voice acting wouldn't be an issue? Let me know your toughts.

Smaller immersion projects after the Skyrim gets more rpg:

Stat system: A system where we can apply stats to our character much like what Fallout has. It will not change how skill systems work, it will only be used for quest and dialogue options, and for calculating some events. Imagine your struggle in Defeat is getting calculated through comparrasion of stats instead of your ability to press keys fast enough for an example. Or Fallout style bonus dialogue options. This will be easier to implement with strenghtened writing.

Piss people off: Have choices on quests that requires you to choose sides so other side will be pissed at you for it. Or even have the ability to do evil shit to people for your own amusement and see the people hating you for it. This was pretty present in New Vegas, but it wasn't utilized in Sexmods mostly because how primitive its compared to the state of Sexlab. In itself it won't accomplish much but combined with what I write below and or Sexlab it can get pretty useful.

Crime Reaction: in Civilised Areas: When you hurt someone everyone is after you, in every city at every hour. Civilians don't even run they try to take you down unarmored with their knives. Now whatever people give a shit about your crimes or not could be calculated by various factors. Maybe guards don't give a shit about some part of the towns. Maybe guards don't care about people being outdoors at late. Maybe people of Windhelm will look otherway if you go and hurt some elves. Perhaps funding the Jarl generously means guards will look the other way for your crimes. Or if you piss off too many npc's they will have a mob mentality and the guards won't want to get involved with it. Just more options on how to live a city life.

These are the ideas I came up with so far, but I am rarely short of ideas if people want to make them work I can give out a ton.
