No wickedwhims menu. Not working

Hi I know there have been countless threads on ww not working but I have scoured them all and followed every possible instruction and STILL I cannot get ww to work.

 

1. Turned on mods and scripts in-game. Exited game.

2. Extracted mods from .rar file

3. Copied extracted file to doc - ea - sims 4 - mods (copied all turbo files listed into one folder) only used turBo mods and script

4. Made sure turbo script was there.

5. Run game, all mods and the script shows up on initial screen

6. Does not work in-game AT ALL.

 

I've looked through the help centre and it did not help. Anyone have any suggestions?
