Apart from the nude mods, and the masturbation mod for that one guy, which is on Nexus, as Wario64 mentions, there's nothing. The game is not easy to mod in the required way. You can easily put in new textures and the likes, but adding scripts is something else. Best hope is the possibility that ConcernedApe might release some good modding tools one day, or that a fan makes them. But who knows.
