How to change Daughter of Ares face.

I have daughter of ares mod for quite a long time now (probably and old version) and have been using it since forever and I got bored of how it looks and I want to change the face of it. Specifically I want to use the femalehead.nif file of other mods/race like shadowmoon elf or jill race etc.

I have tried to edit it in GECK, unpack and repack bsa files but both to no avail. I have seen someone with daughter of ares but with different face so I know it's possible but I can't figure out how to. Please help ?

Should just be able to copy the say headfemale_caucasian.nif to the exact same file path as whatever ares is using and make sure they have the same name so it overwrites ares.
