Sexlab submit shout not working?

HI, I been installing the latest Sexlab version and the Sexlab submit and I have ran into one issue that bugs me.

 

Whenever I play as the agressor, I can't seem to find the submit button, shout or whatever it is. So I can never get the NPC to submit to me, why is that? Is it a bug? Am I missing something?
