How to get Better Bodies vagina for male sims?

I use the Better Bodies vagina on my female sims with feminine frames, but I'd love to have it for male sims with feminine frames as well. Is there a way I can make it be the default for all feminine frame sims, regardless of gender? I have TS4 Studio but I haven't been able to figure out how to make it so it's for all sims with feminine frames but not for any sims with masculine frames.

I use WickedWhims with noiranddarksims penises so anything I'd need to do would have to be compatible with that as well.

Did you ever figure out a way to do this? I was just trying to figure out how to do it as well. Or if it can't be default replacement for feminine framed sims, if it was available as a skin detail.
