Help,,(Skyrim) Weapon draw and sheath animation not working,,

My Character in 3rd person will act like they are drawing the weapon but it stays on left hip,, and its like im using an invisible sword,, In 1st person however this is not a problem,, u can see the sword being drawn and put away,, however I mainly play in 3rd person so I would appreciate if anyone could help me fix this issue,, Please and Thanks!

Its Only the sword animation tht is messed up,, daggers and other weapons seem to work fine,, load order is good,, I ran and updated fnis but still cant seem to find an answer,, Any suggestions? I'm stumped Lol
