can't follow valeria

I'm at the part where I'm supposed to follow her to the elder scroll but she doesn't move. I tried enabling and disabling her, and killing then resurrecting her. neither worked. help is appreciated

1.7 update quest bug.

Theres no known fix for it atm other then to reload a save before it and try again.

 

However there is a way to get past this quest in a way.

 

When your outside and it says to follow her inside, just go in without her. The quest will advance (it will still say to follow her but it advances anyways).. Fight and kill the dragon.. it then says to follow her again.. Ignore it and go to the right (from the entrance) of the area.

Inside a alacove on ground level is a alchemy station and a long box..

if you TCL and hover into the box you can pickup the scroll without her opening the box.

float out, TCL again to turn on collission and go outside as normal.

Talk to the dragon and then exit the soul cairn. Quest will complete as normal.
