Persistent Pose Locker

DM2 lets npc,s hold a pose or animation persistently - even after you leave and reenter the cell.

 

Is there any mod like a spell or whatever that does that independent of DM?

 

Pose the npc, cast the spell, and they are locked in the pose persistently?

 

Console commands dont work.
