OBLIVION ENB PLEASE HELP.

So I've only just downloaded this mod maybe 3 weeks ago. The Tweaked ENB mod and at first it worked find but then the next thing i know it starts going in and out during game play. It turns to a blurry grey look in-game and it will do this for a good 5 to 10 seconds (sometimes longer) and it will go back to normal. This happens EVERY TIME I PLAY. I'm a little sick of this now and it's made me not wanna play since i keep trying to fix it but never works out.I've tried uninstalling it and re-installing it but it didn't work. I followed EVERY STEP (expect the I M P O R T A N T Hardware AA/AF/SSAO must be deactivated. You find the settings in "Nvidia Control Panel" or "Catalyst control center" depending on what type of graphic card you have. I read a forum saying you didn't have to do that step and i wasn't completely sure on how to do it anyways! If i do have to do this step please guide step by step my slow a** on it.
