HornyScientist Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 I would like to know if the Key people of the Lovers Lab would want to establish a Lovers Lab Teamspeak server , so people of the community could directly converse and exchange information about modding and other topics. Before you say , we have already a Site Chat and an IRC Channel , you have to acknowledge that they are empty most of the times and a teamspeak server would provide a much better approach of creating a platform for direct communication for the community members. Please give me your opinion of such an endeavour.
Ark of Truth Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Just use the under used IRC channel. There no point in paying out for TS when its hardly going to be use. The server will be flooded with people asking for help which believes me can become very annoying considering most of it is explained in the readmes which never get read. A site like this does not need a voice comm server in order to function effectively. so people of the community could directly converse and exchange information about modding and other topics. If its going to be for LL then by right the server will have to be managed by the site staff not a site user. If the user gets pissed of with the staff then they could grief others by closing the server. Plus we have over 50,000 members of wish 500+ are online at one given time. I don't know a TS server that big.
