floating head and missing body glitch

For some reason, whenever I activate an animation using ZaZ animations, The body ends up being invisible and only the head and hands are visible.

 

the body mods I use are, CBBE, Schlongs of skyrim and sexout nude creatures

 

I have the required mods installed and I have run FNIS every time I install an animation mod. I have searched all over and I don't seem to find a fix for it.

 

I also have sexlab activated
