Need help troubleshooting missing textures

I'm pretty new to modding and I've gotten a couple of reports that a mod I shared is showing those red and white "no texture" squares. Specifically the Acc version of the EVE meshes. I can't replicate it on my end, and only 2 people out of the 1000+ who downloaded have reported this problem, so I'm not sure why they have the issue and others don't. The mods I made are just meshes, so they aren't supposed to add any textures, just use the ones that are already there. Does anyone know what sort of conditions could interfere with texture loading to make the squares?
