Is there any way to remove ALL SPELLS cheat?

I wanna ask a question guys, i used "PSB" spell cheat BUT i wanna know how i can remove the spells without deleting my entire save file and starting over again -,- and no i do not have any alternate saves before cause this is a save file i downloaded recently, "MEEP" if you must know by exoshinoizme and it so happened to have come with the cheat :B it's great and all but none of the spells work -,- for all that matters, it's ruining game experience lols...

 

MUCH HELP appreciated if there's any way without removing MANUALLY ONE-BY-ONE would be much appreciated as well! Thanks and have a nice day!

In the odd chance it removes every last one of the spell just use the console to add the spell you want using this list.
