Would it be possible to convert a CBBE skin into a JaneBod one?

I very much prefer using JaneBod over CBBE, but unfortunately the content is pretty lacking. Outfit studio takes care of most of that, but my favorite character skins are unfortunately CBBE only. Would it be possible to somehow convert them (my photoshop skills are pretty shite), or is it necessary to redo them from scratch?

As far as I know no such program exists that just converts textures from one specific body's UV to another specific body's UV.

It will have to be done by hand which is why I assume you don't see texture conversions happening very often unless an original unflattened psd is offered.

 

That being said I compared the UV map layouts of both bodies and found that given your "shite" photoshop skills it's highly recommended that you move on and not try at this time.

I will not stop you though if you decide to but just so know you will have a hard time matching those textures especially in the lower half of the body. Still very possible if you take it slow and use layering on layering using duplicate textures, masking and free transform.
