SKSE SOS texture fail

First Sorry about bad help comment to one of the members and A bottle of naughty wine. Sorry .

I am getting texture fail with different armour horses weapons buildings . Just about everything fails at different times then I get a  CTD to desktop . 

Quick fix  is to delete Skse from my saves then run Skyrim old using ESS only . (Saves ). Game then runs so sweet, No fails, no texture loss.no fails,  So I am using  a new SKSE  file every new game start . The main problem starting a saved game with SKSE, I get A gateway file on my in game screen , only way to remove the gateway file is to reload save where I then get a pair of girly knickers that fades away I assume this is the  Being Female mod acting correctly . SOS picks up strapon missing then installs the mighty weapon from secondary files . I also noticed FPS would drop to 6 yet if I start game with removed SKSE and a new SKSE ESS FPS runs from 60fps to about 20 fps in Whiterun which is about normal for a modded Skyrim , to me anyway .
