2 HDT High heel systems in MCM

I was just playing yesterday and a mod registered, so i looked in MCM and there are now 2 HDT High heels ...  Not sure if will effect game cause everything is running smooth.

 

I have never seen this happen in MCM before, been modding for about 4 to 5 years. And knew that taking HDT out would or may cause bad things to happen.   I have taken it out before lol  couple fresh installs before.

 

This is on a semi fresh install, so there isn't any quest mods just the basics   SL - DD - RDO - SLD - couple ENB's - SOS - IAFT - AIOP - and bunch of follower mods. Only about 133 active plugins.

 

So yeah fresh install.  I don't mind to leave it be was just wondering maybe off the top of someones head, what would cause something like this.

Never mind since it was so fresh i took it all out except basic mods not attached to SL & HDT of any kind and its gone.  Funny thing tho  -- HDT worked fine
