Why do you think that the link would be down? If I used a translator correctly, they just ask for a password. No, couldn't find any password on EiheiSpot's site...

On my end the DL link kept taking me to a FC2 Blog page showing "undergoing maintenance" in English and Vietnamese (via Google Translate) that usually means a dead link.
