Body Slide overwrote something and now my armor/body meshes/textures are messed up

I ran Body Slide from Mod Organizer and built a body mesh. Lo and behold, a lot of the armors ingame are suddenly missing textures. Also my character has extra nipples for some reason.

What did Body Slide do to my game and how do I revert the changes it made?

 

I searched datemodified:‎8/‎17/‎2017 in my mod folder, and found that only two body mesh files from my UUNP body mod folder had been replaced with my newly-exported meshes from Body Slide. So, I simply overwrote them again with the body meshes I backed up on my desktop.

 

I loaded up the game and nothing changed.

 

How do I roll back Body Slide's changes, and what the hell did Body Slide actually change?

 

​For some fucking reason, the Book of UUNP Textures bsa was unchecked in MO. Checking it back on fixed the textures, and I overwrote my body mesh with my back up. Everything's fixed now.
