Dynamic Dirt and Wounds

Is there a mod out there that dynamically places and removes dirt and blood? For example the Slave Tats ones. I know about Wear and Tear but as far as I know, it doesn't make your dirty the more time you spend lying on the ground.

For dirt you have Bathing in Skyrim which adds layers of dirt depending on how long you spend in various locations where such is to be found (wilderness, settlements, dungeons), all adjustable in the MCM. An effect will stack which will cause you to lose some stats such as Speech, as well as a visual effect on your body which will make you look more and more like something the Horker squeezed out, all depending on your level of "dirtiness". The effect won't go away until you clean yourself up by showering in waterfalls or bathing in lakes and the like. One of my personal favourites when it comes to immersion mods.

 

For blood there's a neat mod called Bloody Facials that adds a blood effect; such as nosebleed, splatter on the forehead or blood seeping down from the corner of your mouth, whenever you've been in a nasty battle.
