Devious Device Plug Problem

I have a small problem with DD Plugs, and probably all other Plugs from other Mods. When I try to equip them, the small Dialog window pops up and asks me i I want to "take them out", or "carry on". I cant equip them normaly, this happens every time. A similar thing happens with the Armbinder. When not wearing one and trying to equip it, the "Take it off", "Struggle" and "Endure your Bonds" Window pops up, upon selecting the first Option, the normal armbinder equip Window opens, allowing me to equip it, alter the Lokcs or put it away.

Any Idea was is causing this, and/or how to fix it ?
