ghost nipple

so I'm using this skin http://pyxiidis.blogspot.de/2017/04/nature-boy-skinset.html  the summer skeleton version 2 

and I'm using better body female top and the luna eclipse female skin overlays_default and all other stuff from luna eclipse to make the penis work

 

My problem is that sometimes the female sims have ghost nipple (3d nipple from better body but no visible areola) I don't know how those ghost nipple trigger because one of the Sims I have created myself had normal nipples a while now but today she suddenly had ghost nipple (she is not a played sims,never had ghost nipples with played sims so far).

 

 

edit: I found the reason for the ghost nipple it is the luna eclipse female skin overlays_default but I don't know why that only happen rarly and only sometimes.
